Brewing day

Well this is my first blog, never written one before as I can remember. I guess this will be a challenge to keep things going! Although it might also turn out that I do more things now otherwise I won't have anything to write and update with, right?

Anyway, today this page was created and I have started to put information here. As a way of collecting all the things that I have done. It will take a while before I get things going and everything is here but we shall see what I can come up with.

As far as doing some proper A&S (fixing this page is just a bonus) I have started another beer today, recipe will come soon. During this spring I will experiment with spices that were available throughout Europe to see which could actually have been used. There will be lots and lots of beer that will be undrinkable but at least I know that they probably did not do it that way.

Time to bottle some mead and sweeten up some cider now!
